Certificate bearer will make their reservation with Elvira at 909-418-4842 sales office or 909-937-0900 hotel main line. They will give their names and the gift certificate number. Elvira will make their room reservations and assign them to a dinner table. An automated email return will be sent to the certificate holder for the guestroom confirmation.  The certificate holder will be asked for a credit card upon arrival for incidentals towards their guestrooms. They must surrender the actual gift certificates upon registration, no copies will be accepted. On New Years Eve, the registration desk located in front of the sales and catering office will be open from 8:00am - 5:30pm for guests to pick up their packets, wristbands and check in anytime after 11:00am. The registration desk will reopen at 6:00pm located at the Empire Ballroom.
