Our Chef Christophe Jardillier with his extensive culinary experience from the wonderful region of Southern Europe is presenting you with some of the finest dishes according to original recipes. The secret to an authentic French cuisine is that every dish is prepared to order and receives individual love and care. Chef Christophe is using only the finest meats available, thus our steaks are of U.S.D.A Prime and Black Angus.

According to old tradition every cut of meat is prepared in a sauté pan 'á la minute' (to order) and the sauce is drawn from the flavors residing in the pan. You will find this palette pleasing way of preparation a true culinary delight. It is somewhat difficult to accommodate some of our patron's request to have the sauce served aside since the cut of meat is finished in th sauce to give the meal it's unmistakable signature and character. We gratefully appreciate you consideration for this particular request.

Our wonderful "mondial reference" wines from France and California compliment each course and are a must to round up a true French dinner extravaganza. A wide variety of hand-selected wines, domestic, as well as, imported will enhance your dining pleasure. Your server will be delighted to introduce you to our favorites.
